Abraham Knoll MD
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Abe D. Knoll, MD, DABR, is a board- certified radiologist, and fellowship trained endovascular surgeon, with expertise in arterial and venous disease.
Dr. Knoll received his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. He subsequently completed his Diagnostic Radiology residency at Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons / Harlem Hospital Center in New York, where he also served as Chief Resident. He completed his fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at New York University School of Medicine / Bellevue in New York.
Dr. Knoll has presented his published research at numerous national and international medical conferences and received the Roentgen Research Award in 2014 from the Radiology Society of North America (RSNA). Dr. Knoll has always had a keen interest in improving the quality of care within the Long Term Care Setting and is a past recipient of the prestigious Citigroup Entrepreneurial Award for his development of software to aid Long Term Care Facilities with diminishing patient falls. Dr. Knoll lives on Long Island with his wife, also an accomplished physician, and their four children.
Lead Nurse Practitioner
Daniel Stok is the lead nurse practitioner for Mobile Vascular Physicians (MVP). Daniel attended Pace University and New York University, where he received his Bachelor’s in nursing.
Daniel joined the practice in February 2019 and has been an integral part of the organization's growth. Prior to his position with MVP, he spent 10 years working in pediatric oncology and palliative care. At MVP, he assists in formatting clinical nurse practitioner protocols, formulating treatment plans for long term care patients, and providing ongoing training and quality control for his team.
Eliezer Halpert MD
Dr. Eli Halpert, MD, received his medical degree from Tel Aviv University Sackler School of Medicine in 2006. After graduating, Dr. Halpert completed an internship in general surgery at SUNY Downstate. Dr. Halpert then completed his training in Diagnostic and Vascular Interventional Radiology at Yale-University- Saint Raphael Hospital and Beth Israel Medical Center. Dr. Halpert continues to maintain privileges at Maimonides Medical Center and New York Presbyterian Queens Hospital where he provides on-call emergency coverage.
He has focused his practice on the long-term patient community while cultivating strong relationships with community podiatrists and vascular specialists in promoting advanced wound healing and limb salvage treatment programs for patients with peripheral vascular disease.
In his spare time, Dr. Halpert is an active volunteer physician for children with chronic illness. He lives on Long Island with his wife and children.
Ultrasound Department Manager
Kelvin Surajpal is the Ultrasound Department Manager at Mobile Vascular Physicians (MVP). Kelvin attended The Institute of Allied Medical Professions and is certified as a Registered Vascular Technologist as well as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer.
Kelvin joined the practice in 2018 and has been instrumental in the company’s ability to build its ultrasound technologist team in a high growth environment – while developing protocols to provide accurate imaging and enabling quality patient care. While managing the daily operations for the ultrasound team, he has been a leader in the build-out of the practice’s ultrasound processes and procedures, reporting, equipment selection, and training modules for new and existing ultrasound technologists.
Medical Assistant Manager
Stacey Perry is the manager of the medical assistant team at Mobile Vascular Physicians (MVP). Stacey is a graduate of the Medical Assistant Program at Hunter Business School.
Stacey joined MVP shortly after the company’s formation as its first medical assistant and shortly thereafter moved into a managerial and training position within the MVP organization. She developed the training program for MVP’s medical assistants and leads the effort to ensure the team’s focus on diligence, dedication and a passion for excellent patient care.
Stacey currently lives on Long Island but is a Florida native. Her interests include visiting museums, being a lifelong student, and dabbling in amateur abstract paint.
Michelle Misiti Kenney
Director of Client Services
Michelle Kenney is the Director of Client Services at Mobile Vascular Physicians. She manages a team that oversees the relationships between MVP and its clients within the LTC community. Michelle is responsible for new business development, the roll out of new service lines and initiatives to clients, and the maintenance of consistent high levels of client satisfaction with MVP’s current clients.
Michelle has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare and long term care industry – with specific focus on pharmacy, sales, and account management. She has been instrumental in building MVP’s team as the company has continued to grow.
Chief Operating Officer
Crystal O’Sullivan is Chief Operating Officer and brings Mobile Vascular Physicians more than 15 years of experience in management, leadership and operations in the healthcare, mobile diagnostics, imaging and radiology space.
Crystal has been involved in numerous healthcare related startups and has focused on developing operational efficiencies within startup healthcare organizations. Her expertise revolves around the analysis, creation and implementation of strategies relating to process-oriented organizational growth, logistics management, asset acquisition, and the capture of market share in multiple states for early stage companies. Crystal holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Adelphi University.
